LOOK: Different products of the organized social enterprises of 6 barangays in Marawi City are showcased in Intad Negosyo Hub located in Brgy. Fort.

As part of its Social Healing and Peace-building Project, the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process in partnership with the Mindanaw Tripartite Youth Core launched the hub to promote peace and unity by providing the affected residents with livelihood opportunities.

Intad Negosyo is one of the essential components of the Social Healing and Peacebuilding Project which we are working with OPAPP and UNDP under our partnership. While things are going on in the ground and lead us to its final implementation, we needed heroes along this to help us carry some tasks in the local communities we accompanied with.

Inclusive Schedule: October 10-19, 2019, in Marawi City

Check the following specifications for guidance.

For BIN (Barangay-level Intad Negosyo) Talks in 3 clustered schedules

1)Have previous experiences in volunteering either with MTYC or others;
2)Graduate of any courses yet with high level of confidence to engage with people;
3)Sensibly talk and connect with the society and are adept to learn the issues and concerns govern in each barangay;
4)Flexible and willing to do tasks with unquestionable commitment not just because of certificates, token and other forms of accolades;
5)Must have a great amount of leadership with minimal supervision needed, armed with will-power to initiate according to expectations;
6)Have good grasp of Social Enterprise on sales and marketing plus branding, labeling and packaging;
7)Willing at all cost to be assigned anywhere and are open for more learning by losing herself/himself.

For Intad Negosyo Enterprise Development

1)Have experiences in volunteering regarding engineering, craftsmanship and innovations;
2)Graduate of any course but most preferred with minimum skills on engineering, drafting, creative writing, painting, designing, carpentry and interior decorating;
3)Have high regard on heroism in volunteering and willing to adapt advocacy on environmental governance, social advocacy and pro-people economy thru Intad Negosyo;
4)Open for dialogue, thru sharing and interactive exchanges;
5)Fully functional when it comes to community coordination and are willing to receive mentorship from colleague and MTYC team;
6)Have full skills in documenting and are willing to be coached and mentored;
7)High sense of commitment and are willing to work from start to finish.
