Banana Apple Cinnamon Muffins
Baked Apple & Cinnamon Oatmeal Cups
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 apple (diced)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Mix oats, almond milk, diced apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, and walnuts.
3️⃣ Spoon into muffin tin and bake for 20–25 minutes. Enjoy warm.
