From PS 9/10 to 0/10. As in zero pain na ng ilang buwan. Salamat sa mga classmate ko sa osteopathy sa pag treat sakin nung kasagsagan ng pain ko. Haha Konting habol nalang sa thoracolumbar area.

Nag gym at proper exercise ka di dahil gusto mo lang pumayat, may scolio kalang din talaga. Haha
