Hello, Breastie! – the virtual clinic for breast cancer concerns

Hello, Breastie! Online Care Clinic opens regular virtual consultations for breast cancer patients on August 18, 2025.

A brainchild of Dr. Emmeline Cua-De Los Santos, a surgical oncologist and breast surgeon, ‘Hello Breastie!’ aims to establish a comprehensive virtual breast clinic that serves newly diagnosed patients and survivors, offering expert guidance, continuous care, and holistic support via a secure and accessible telemedicine platform.

It is meant to be “a safe and supportive space where care meets courage, and survivors are never alone.” For every woman newly diagnosed, and every survivor finding her strength again—this space is for you.

The online consultations are offered for free and will start on August 18 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Volunteer specialists will be available to see patients who need to consult or get a second opinion. Other services include medical surveillance, rehabilitation and symptom management, mental health services, lifestyle and medicine and wellness, and education and empowerment.

Volunteer doctors such as breast surgical oncologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, cancer geneticists, pain specialists, psychiatrists, lymphedema specialists, obstetricians and fertility specialists, nutritionists and oncodermatologists will make themselves available for a couple of hours every month to meet patient needs.
