Davao Oriental Provincial Health Office in collaboration with DOPMC Family and Community Medicine organized this Zumba Weight Loss Challenge for all DOPMC and PHO employees screened by PHESU to be overweight and obese.

Maayong buntag sa tanan.
We will have our last Zumba session today in front of the parking space if the weather permits. Sa mga nag apil sa zumba all throughout the sessions and gusto muapil sa Culmination on Dec 16, 2022 sa DOPMC Hallway, please be present today for your t-shirt sizing. Ang official zumba shirts suoton nato sa December 16 Culmination. We will have a short program and awarding of prizes and certificates.

Our prizes are as follows:

1st Prize 10,000
2nd Prize 5,000
3rd Prize 3,000
Consolation 500 each (10 participants)

Our prizes are sponsored (c/o Lourly) and from me as this is part of my FamMed COPC Project.

Due to the decline in attendance for the past sessions, we will move the Culmination on Dec 16, 2022 and we will have the last Session on December 9, 2022. To give others a chance to attend.

On Dec 16, 2022 we will have a Culmination Program at the Hospital Lobby. We will weigh everyone who participated this program on December 16 before the program starts. Prizes and Certificates will be awarded thereafter.
We will post the program here on Dec 9.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

WE WILL MOVE OUR DOPMC PHO SWEAT IT OFF CULMINATION TO DEC 9, 2022 DUE TO THE MISSED PREVIOUS SESSIONS.

INSTEAD, WE WILL HAVE OUR LAST ZUMBA SESSION THIS FRIDAY, DEC 2, 2022 TO MAKE UP FOR THE MISSED SESSIONS.

YOU STILL HAVE 1 WEEK TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT, IF NAA PA CHANCE 😅
