Surrounded by guidance, encouragement, and hope, our scholars now take a courageous step forward as they continue their aftercare program with Cosapcebu Cebucity . A new chapter begins—carried by unity, support, and faith in a brighter future for every life they touch.

FAMILY AND RECOVERY MANAGEMENT REHAB CENTER is a place where healing begins—not only for the individual struggling with substance use, but for the entire family system affected by the illness. Recovery is not just personal; it is relational, and families heal together.

Here, we do not pretend to offer free help while hiding conditions or misleading the public—or God. We believe in honesty, integrity, and transparency in everything we do.

We provide help freely when we are able, and when assistance is given for free, it is truly free. At the same time, we also accept payment from those who can afford to contribute, so that we may continue serving others who cannot.

Our mission is simple:
Truth over pretense. Service over image. Healing over profit.

We share this to encourage learning and reflection—especially within the community—so that compassion is never used as a mask, and service is never compromised by hidden agendas.

This expansion will create a safe and supportive space dedicated to healing, growth, and transformation, allowing us to reach more people and provide second chances to those suffering from drug addiction. With hope as our foundation, we continue building a future where recovery and renewed lives are possible.
