PKMKPI is the only National Federation (Kapisanan) of Persons With Disability in the Philippines. Pambansang Kapisanan ng mga May Kapansanan ng Pilipinas, Inc, (PKMKPI), is a non-stock, non-profit national organization with SEC Reg No, CN202105447 of harnessed PWDs & PWRDs in ten (10) Types of Disability bonding as friends relating to big family with respect of who, what, how and where they are. T

his KAPISANAN is the alliance of harnessed Persons With Disability (PWD) and Persons with Work Related Disability (PWRD), initially composed of forty (40) Corporate Members covering seventeen regions in the Philippines which goals are AEIOU: Awareness, Empowerment, Involvement, Cooperation and Unity of the PWD sector in the whole country. VISION: We envision a society where persons with disability are treated with equality, dignity and respect for their expressed choices, and who have equal opportunities to participate in a society where abilities, rather than disabilities, are recognized

Mga walang kapansanan ang kinakausap patungkol sa buhay May Kapansanan - DSWD at Establishments? Bakit sila?

Ibinalik lamang sa dating systema. Saan at Kanino dapat galing ang validated legit PWD Database upang ito ang basehan ng pag issue ng UNIFIED ID sa legit PWDs?

Ano po ang reaction ng madlang May Kapansanan sa pabago bagong systema ng gobyerno patungkol sa kapakanan ng disability sector? Malinaw na kumakapa pa rin ang NCDA/DSWD hangga ngayon after 38 years.

Walang konkretong plano para sa rehabilitation, programs at mga serbisyo sa loob ng 38 years mula nang pinalitan ng gobyernong Aquino in 1987 mula sa National Commission Concerning Disabled Persons (NCCDP) created in 1978 ng gobyernong Marcos.

Ibinalik lamang sa dating sistema. Wala pa ring comprehensive PWD database. Para sa inyo, Saan at Kanino dapat galing ang validated legit PWD Database upang ito ang basehan ng pag issue sa UNIFIED legit PWDs?

Paano malaman ang boses ng lehitimong naapektuhan? Dito, lilikumin natin ang boses may kapansanan at iparating sa United Nations/PHRCS.

Challenge @ Pandemic: Our Humble Beginning

Our identity. We are the harnessed, united and reunited constituted with national data base the alliance of Persons With Disability (PWD) from infants to senior citizen, and Persons with Work Related Disability (PWRD) in the Philippines, an association of persons with Deaf/Hard of Hearing; Intellectual, Learning, Mental, Orthopedic, Physical, Psychosocial & Visual Disabilities; and Speech/ Communication Impairment pursuing AWARENESS, EMPOWERMENT, INVOLVEMENT, co-OPERATION & UNITY for genuine change as provided by laws of God and men towards full benefits, participation and equality of rights and opportunities in partnership with National Council of Disability Affairs (NCDA) and Local Government Units (LGUs).

Secondarily, we participate, partner cooperate and advocate Philippine government's policy thrusts as in federalism-related information advocacy campaign activities and awareness regarding Constitutional Reform through surgical amendment for the best implementation of national and local PWD laws to the grassroots level in the attainment of sufficiency and sustainability in all aspect of the PWD sector to alleviate their standard of living.

Our Objective. To harness, unite, reunite and constitute with national data base the alliance of Persons With Disability (PWD) and Persons with Work Related Disability (PWRD) in the Philippines to participate, partner, cooperate and advocate national through NCDA and local (LGU) government's policy thrusts for the best interest and complete implementation of national and local PWD laws to the grassroots level in the attainment of sufficiency and sustainability for genuine change as provided by laws of God and men towards full benefits, participation and equality of rights and opportunities.
