September is Su***de Prevention Month. Just like in the song 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘠𝘰𝘶 by 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘓𝘰𝘸, life may be a chaotic path, but amidst all the pain, always remember: 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚.

Mental health is real— and it’s just as important as our physical health. Taking care of your own mind is not a weakness, but rather an act of strength. Just like how we consult the doctor for physical complications, it’s also alright to seek support when we’re hurting emotionally and mentally. Healing takes time, and reaching out for help is a one step forward.

Let’s continue building a community where everyone is treated with compassion and understanding, especially in discussions about mental health. 💚🔱
