An asistensya bukas para sa mga residentes kan syudad na biktima nin domestic violence, sexual o physical abuse, elder abuse, asin iba pang porma nin pang-aabuso na ive-verify kan CSWDO.

The committee hearing on Appropriations was presided over by Committee Chair Councilor Elmer S. Baldemoro. Also present for the committee were Councilor Jessie R. Albeus, Councilor Gilda Gayle R. Abonal-Gomez, NCGADC representative BJ De Asis, and Liga representative PB Alfonso Rodriguez.

The lone item on the agenda was the proposed ordinance authored by Hon. Elmer S. Baldemoro fixing the per diem of the members of the Naga City People’s Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) and the session-based honoraria of its secretariat.

The agenda included: the proposed ordinance authored by Councilor Baldemoro amending Section 4 of Ordninance No. 2025-054, or the Naga City Near-Centenarians Incentive Ordinance, by allowing other documents showing age to be presented in place of a certified or PSA copy of their birth certificates; and the legal opinion of the City Legal Office on the draft Memorandum Circular crafted by the Barangay Senior Citizens Association of Concepcion Grande.
