𝘼 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙄𝙣𝙟𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨:
This is for every unseen wound of your soul and the silent battles you fought alone;
When you poured your heart into a competition only to face a scaring loss, when you sacrificed sleep and sanity for a mere passing grade, when you labored endlessly on a project that received no acknowledgment and no one gave you a pat in the back—know this: 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘥𝘰 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩, though they may make it feel that way.
𝘈𝘺𝘰𝘴 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 '𝘺𝘶𝘯, 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘱𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯—𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘣𝘢?
When the world around you seemed unwelcoming and your yearning for connection went unanswered, when the world’s prejudices seemed to undermine your every effort and your struggles were met with judgment rather than support. When you faced the sincere grief of losing someone close to you and the emptiness left by their absence felt unbearable, when every day felt like an uphill battle against overwhelming demands and you fight with the harsh realities of social disadvantages: please remember that 𝘪𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦—trust me when I tell you that things are going to turn around for the better.
𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘢 𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘰, 𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘪. 𝘐𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘨, 𝘣𝘢𝘬𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘣𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘯 '𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘬𝘰𝘵 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢 𝘮𝘰?
Pero let’s be honest kasi—hindi naman laging ganon kadali ang takbo ng buhay. There will always be moments of sorrow, of sadness, of agony, which are beyond our control. I hope you know that it is okay to feel—to let the tears flow freely and to allow the weight of your heartache to settle in. Feeling overwhelmed or broken does not make you weak; 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻, it makes you a living, breathing creature, still filled with thousands of unopened luggage and thoughts that are too unknown to be uttered.
Allow yourself the grace to embrace these feelings without judgment. Hindi lang ‘yang sakit na nararamdaman mo, kundi yung tapang mo para harapin sila. Parte na 'yan ng kwento mo, at ang pagharap dito, kahit gaano kahirap, ay unang hakbang para magsimula kang umusad.
In these moments of vulnerability, you are sowing the seeds of strength and resilience. Yung mga luha at mga hikbi mo, hindi 'yan tanda ng pagkatalo kundi ng isang pusong nagmahal nang todo at lumaban nang buong tapang.
So, to the injuries you carry, the ones you hide beneath your smiles and laughter—I see you. I love you not for the pain you represent, but for the endurance you inspire. And when the world turns its back on you, when it feels like no one else cares, I hope you remember that I do. I always do. And when it feels as though everyone is against you, I hope you remember that I'm here, here for you.
Take your time. Feel it all. Heal in your own pace. You are worth more than the world could ever show you.
If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out. There is always light, even in the darkest moments, so 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗜𝗡. Your life is a story worth living, a battle worth fighting. Don't give up-because the world needs you, and because someone out there is waiting for the day you win, the day you are at your best. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙.
