Marami ang naniniwala na ang coconut juice ay nakagagamot o nakakaiwas sa urinary tract infection (UTI) — pero ano ang sinasabi ng siyensya?

🔍 EBIDENSYA MULA SA PANANALIKSIK:
👉 Walang sapat na ebidensya na sumusuporta sa paggamit ng coconut juice para sa prevention o treatment ng UTI.
👉 Ayon sa pagsusuri ng mga pag-aaral, walang nakitang controlled o uncontrolled studies na nagpapatunay sa bisa nito laban sa UTI.

⚠️ PAALALA:
✔️ Ang coconut juice ay maaaring pampahidog at pampalamig ng katawan
