𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐞𝐫'𝐬 the new Academic Year is officially in session, and so is the classic battle of trying to get up on time and pretending to study for exams.😅 But let’s be real—after a long, fun-filled break, it’s not just about the books, it’s about catching up with friends, making new memories, and surviving group projects together.

The STI College Ormoc Red Cross Youth Council actively participated in Ormoc City's Youth Mental Health and Wellness Workshop at the Ormoc City Hall Multipurpose Hall on Monday, July 21, 2025. They joined fellow young Ormocanons in learning valuable skills for positive mental well-being.
Accordingly, the said workshop was led by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Anna Kathrina Oaminal-Watin.
Present also were Red Cross Youth - Ormoc City Chapter Youth Council.

𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗼-𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗖𝗣𝗥) ❤️‍🩹
The Ormoc City Health Emergency Management Services (HEMS) successfully conducted a 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨-𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙤𝙥𝙪𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 (CPR) training on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟬𝟴,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 , empowering our community with life-saving skills.🙌 The training, held at STI College Ormoc, saw enthusiastic participation from STI College Ormoc 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘺 and 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 of the 𝙎𝙏𝙄 𝙍𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡. 💛💙 Participants who successfully completed the training received certificates of completion from the 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘈𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, a testament to their newly acquired proficiency. ❤

This initiative, aligned with Mayor Lucy Torres-Gomez's vision for community health, equipped participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively during cardiac emergencies.💙 We extend our gratitude to 𝗢𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗰 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗘𝗠𝗦 for their commitment to community well-being and to STI College Ormoc for their invaluable partnership in this life-saving endeavor.💙💪
