These are the gifts that 2023 gave to me— to understand deeply that in the most challenging times, the courage and strength to live life more authentically taught me to stay open hearted, give myself and others grace and to take full responsibility for how I want things to unfold in my life.

Just wanted to share some of my own experiences with the Skin Soothe Gel recently. If you have your own reviews and testimonials to share, please do let us know. We’d love to share how it has helped you with your skin concerns too. ♥️

The 2nd photo is a pic of my finger that accidentally touched the bottom of a hot pan yesterday. I immediately put on raw honey (unprocessed) and left it for 15 minutes. Afterwards, I put some Skin Soothe Gel as it still felt raw and painful. I was waiting for any form of blister to appear as it always does but there was none at all! Yesterday, there was still a little bit of pain but now it felt like nothing happened.

The third and fourth photos were from a rash I developed after a laser hair removal session a few weeks ago. It was primarily due to the dry shaving they had to do prior to treatment. The dermatologist was prescribing me steroidal cream when I informed them of what happened but I decided to use the Skin Soothe gel instead. I just applied 1 to 2x a day and it dried up and was resolved after two days. 🍃 💫

It has definitely worked on all sorts of rashes on myself and my kids and not just on insect bites. We do recommend that if it’s your first time, please do a patch test first before using it on rashes.

Learning something the second time around always gives me a different perspective. I am so grateful for the opportunity to take the Theta Healing Instructors classes again this year.

As I shared earlier in class my intentions this time around, I suddenly realized how huge an impact last year’s classes had on my life the past months. My biggest lessons would be the the level of openheartedness, surrender and acceptance of what is. The growth and transformation gave me the confidence to experience life as my most authentic self in all aspects. I’m excited for what the future brings and I look forward to sharing all of these learnings with others too. 🍃💫
