🤔 Ano Ang URIC ACID At Sanhi Ng Pagtaas Nito?

👉Ang uric acid ay isang uri ng kemikal na nabuo sa katawan na maaaring nagmula sa mga pagkaing mayayaman sa "purine" gaya ng atay, lamang-loob, pulang karne, sardines, mackerel, at iba pa.
👉Nagkakaroon din ng mataas na uric acid level ang isang tao kapag palainom ng alak, o kaya naman ay may kondisyon gaya ng gout/arthritis, diabetes, obesity, at problema sa bato o kidneys.

🔥Kailangang mailabas ang uric acid sa katawan sapagkat ito ay isang waste product - kemikal na di kailangan ng katawan.

👉Nailalabas ang uric acid sa pamamagitan ng pag-ihi at pagdumi para maregulate ang normal na level nito na naglalaro sa pag-itan ng 2.5 - 7.5 mg/dL para sa babae at 4.0 - 8.5 mg/dL para sa lalaki.

👉Kapag hindi nailabas ang uric acid sa katawan, mananatili ito sa daluyan ng dugo, kaya naman kapag nagpa-uric acid blood test o urine test ka, mataas ang uric acid level mo.

Ano ang MAYOMA?

ANG myoma (mayoma ang bigkas) ay isang klase ng bukol o tumor na lumalabas sa loob o labas mismo ng matris. Madalas ay grupo ito ng bukol. Nag-iiba-iba ang hugis at laki nito. May mayoma na sa sobrang laki ay parang palangganita na. Hindi cancerous ang mga bukol na ito. Ang salitang “tumor” ay tumutukoy lamang sa bukol (at hindi nangangahulugang cancerous ito agad). Fibroids ang isa pang tawag na ibinibigay sa mayoma.

Wala ba itong sintomas?

Depende sa laki at kinalalagyang lugar ng mayoma sa loob ng matris, makararamdam ng ilang sintomas ang pasyente gaya ng: malakas na pagdurugo sa puwerta, pananakit ng tiyan o likod, problema sa pag-ihi, at minsa’y pagtitibi (constipation). Kung malaki na ang mayoma, nagmumukhang malaki ang tiyan ng babae. Yung klase ng myoma na ang paglaki ay papasok sa loob ng matris (uterine cavity), yun ang magdudulot ng mahirap na pagbubuntis sapagkat nababawasan ang espasyong nakalaan sana sa kalalagyan ng bata sa loob ng matris.

Lahat ba ng babae ay nagkaka-mayoma?

Tinatayang 30 porsyento lamang ng kababaihan ang nagkakaroon ng mayoma sa edad na 35 pero habang nagkakaedad patungo sa gulang na 50, tumataas ang posibilidad na mabuo ang mayoma. Nasa 80 porsyento ng babaing edad 50 ay may mayoma.
