Ngano kuno nga gi-ingon nga **illegal** o gidili ang *faith healing*?

Kini nga pangutana wala'y yano nga tubag nga "oo" o "dili" tungod kay ang balaod nagdepende sa kon unsay buhaton sa faith healer ug sa asa nga nasud kini gibuhat.

Ania ang mga nag-unang rason ngano nga ang *faith healing* mahimong makonsiderar nga ilegal o duna'y silot:

1. Pagpraktis sa Medisina nga Walay Lisensya (Illegal Practice of Medicine)

Ang Pinakadakong Problema:
Sa Pilipinas, ug sa kadaghanan sa mga nasud, gidili ang pagdayagnos, pagreseta og tambal, o paghatag og pamaagi sa pagpanambal kung wala kay lisensya sa pagka-doktor (*Medical License*).

Delikado: Kung ang usa ka *faith healer* moingon sa pasyente nga biyaan ang ilang gitambal nga medisina o i-undang ang operasyon aron mo-depende lang sa pagtuo, ug tungod niini mograbe o mamatay ang pasyente, ang *healer* mahimong mapasakahan og kaso.

Panglimbong:** Kung ang *healer* mangayo og dako kaayo nga bayad (*exorbitant fees*) ug walay klaro nga pag-ayo, mahimo siyang kasohan og **estafa** (panglimbong).

2. Pagpabaya (Neglect)

Sa mga Bata o Dili Makahunahuna:
- Kung ang usa ka ginikanan o tig-atiman modumili sa paghatag og saktong medikal nga atensyon (sama sa pagdala sa bata sa ospital) tungod kay nagsalig lang sila sa *faith healing*, ug ang bata o ang gi-atiman ma-unsa, ang maong ginikanan o tig-atiman mahimong kasohan og **Child Abuse** o Reckless Imprudence resulting in Homicide/Physical Injuries.

Ang Obligasyon sa Ginikanan:
- Ang balaod nanalipod sa batakang katungod sa mga bata sa kahimsog ug medikal nga pag-atiman.

3. Legal nga Kahimtang sa Pagtuo (Legal Status of Faith)

Ang Pagtuo Dili Ilegal: Ang pagtuo sa gahum sa pag-ayo (*faith*) mismo, ug ang **pag-ampo** alang sa pag-ayo, **dili ilegal**. Ang mga simbahan ug mga relihiyon gitugotan nga madasig ang ilang mga miyembro sa pag-ampo ug pagtuo.
* **Ang Buhat ang Gidili:** Ang illegal o gidili mao ang **pagpuli sa pagpanambal sa medisina** (*substituting prayer/rituals for proven medical treatment*) ilabi na kung kini nagbutang sa kinabuhi sa peligro.

Sa laktod: Ang *faith healing* dili illegal tungod sa *pagtuo*—illegal kini tungod sa **ilegal nga pagpraktis sa medisina** o sa **pagpabaya** nga mahimong moresulta sa kadaot o kamatayon.

is proud to announce a significant milestone: the establishment of our third Memorandum of Partnership, supported by MGen Yegor Rey P Baroquillo Jr PA 1ID Tabak Division PA, BGeneral Ronnie Busto Babac, and Officers with 5 Private Hospitals: Tagaloguin- Adona Polymedic & Diagnostic Center Inc. Ozamiz City, Andot Medical Clinic Bacolod Lanao Del Norte, Asentista Doctors and Laboratory Hospital Maranding, Lanao Del Norte, Aissah Hospital Pagadian City and RT Lim Hospital in RT Lim Sibugay.

This program, **"Kalusugan Kawal Para sa Bayan " (KKB): Healthy Soldiers are Ready Soldiers, is a strategic move to secure the readiness of our forces.

Anchor of Strategy and Policy

The KKB initiative is built upon two core strategic frameworks:

1. Whole-of-Government Approach:
Ensuring seamless coordination among state agencies to deliver integrated services.
2. Whole-of-Nation Approach:
Mobilizing stakeholders outside of government, particularly the private healthcare sector, to achieve a national objective.
