Another good source of information for our kids. ☺️

To help you prevent , eat iron-rich foods like:

- Meat
- Eggs
- Legumes (like beans, lentils & chickpeas)
- Dark leafy greens
- Nuts & seeds

✅ Include citrus fruits which helps you absorb the iron in these foods.
❌ Avoid coffee & tea during meals, as they contain some elements that can inhibit iron absorption in foods.
