Screening Date/s: November 16 & 17, 2024 , 1:00 PM Onwards
Venue: Don Pepe Resort and Restaurant (Barangay Bononan Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, Near TPLEX Pozorrubio Exit)
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be:
• 18 years old above
• Height atleast 5’2 above
• Natural born Female and a Filipino citizen
• Must be a resident of Pangasinan or with roots.
• Single, never been married nor born a child.
• Atleast High School Graduate
• With pleasing personality and right attitude.
• Physically and mentally fit.
REQUIREMENT/S:
1. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. Proof of residency, for those applicants with roots you can bring any proof of residency of your relatives living in Pangasinan.
3. 1Pc 3R Headshot and 1Pc 3R whole body picture in swimsuit.
Note: Please wear smart casual attire, with full makeup applied, and remember to bring your own two piece swimsuit. Be at the venue 2 Hours before 1 PM.
