How you heal and forgive the person who broke your heart.

This is how you forgive someone who broke your heart:

You forgive them by giving yourself time to heal. It’s not something that happens all at once, and it doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a gradual process. Some days you take two steps forward and four steps back. It might not always make sense, but every day you grow a little stronger, a little more resilient—even if it doesn’t feel like it.

You forgive them by focusing on yourself. Stop pouring your energy into negativity.

Disconnect. Unfollow. Take care of yourself. Reread your favorite books, spend time with your closest friends, and remind yourself of the joy and positivity that still exist around you. Allow your heart the space to rest and remember how to smile again.

You forgive them by stepping away from the situation. The longer you dwell in the pain, the more it takes root. It’s hard, but you have to let it go. Acknowledge your emotions and honor your feelings, but don’t keep replaying the past. Picture the pain like a balloon—let it float away. Say goodbye. It no longer has the power to hurt you.

You forgive them by accepting what happened. This doesn’t mean the pain disappears. It doesn’t mean you’re excusing their actions or letting them off the hook. They are still accountable for what they did. But it means recognizing that what’s done cannot be undone. There’s no rewind button—you can only move forward.

You forgive them by reclaiming your life. Because your life is so much bigger than the person who broke your heart.”

During my meditation tonight, I set the intention to receive clarity about my life, this message came to me, and while contemplating on this, I received a nudge to share this here.

This page has been quiet for a long time, and I want to share why.

Over the past year, I returned to my full-time career in Human Resources, not out of choice, but necessity. When I left my job in 2022, my heart was set on following the Divine’s call to use my gift of healing to help others. However, I faced unexpected challenges when a group of practitioners energetically attacked me, blocking the small income I earned from healing, incense, and crystals. This led me back to the corporate world—a path I still cherish and am grateful for.

Since March 2023, I’ve focused on my HR career while reflecting deeply on whether energy healing and esoteric practices are truly meant for me. As part of this reflection, I decided to close the online shop linked to this page and stop offering Reiki and Angel healing services.

In the midst of this, I took a significant step by enrolling in a course to become a Certified Happiness Coach. I’ve completed the course and am now awaiting my certificate.

As a Happiness Coach, my mission is to guide others beyond mere pleasure, helping them discover their higher purpose and meaning.

I’m currently developing a coaching program that will be available in both 1-on-1 and group sessions, with the ultimate goal of integrating my Reiki practice into this new approach.

The card I pulled tonight after my meditation, shown below, affirmed that I am still called to share my healing gifts, but now in a more inclusive way—one that also embraces the workplace setting.
