You’re not hard to love. 🧡

When we watch the videos of Punch, there’s a familiar sting that many of us feel. It’s a quiet reflection of wounds we rarely speak about—the universal longing to be seen, to be safe, and to know we aren't being left behind.

Millions were moved by Punch because, at the end of the day, we all carry that same search within us. We just want to know that we belong.

Watching him search for comfort reminds us of our own seasons of searching—those moments when we felt unseen, misplaced, or unsure of our value. We often look for that belonging in our achievements, our appearance, or in the hands of people who might not be able to hold us the way we need.

But here is the truth your heart needs to hear today:

You don’t have to "fix" yourself to be worthy of belonging. You don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of a soft place to land.

The story of Punch isn’t just about the ache of searching; it’s about the realization that you are enough exactly as you are. Your worth isn't a prize you win; it’s the quiet, steady truth of your existence.

If you feel like you are still searching, or if you feel a bit "unraveled" today, remember this:

You are not a burden.
You are not a project to be solved.
You are not "hard to love."

Like the gentle presence in this image, there is space for you. There is a community for you. You are seen, you are valued, and you are home. 🧡

To the one who is fighting so hard to survive right now...

I see you. I can see that you are trying so hard in your life, right now. Some things might not be easy to deal with, and the world might not be easy to face, but I hope you still find the courage to live.

Despite all the pain you've been suffering for so long, I hope you will still get up from your bed and try to give yourself a chance to be happy again. I know that you sometimes think about giving up, and you often tell yourself that your existence is not important.

But I want to remind you that you will always be precious.

Give yourself a chance to discover your worth, and give yourself the peace and happiness that you deserve.

I'm proud of you for always trying. I can see that you are doing your best every day just to hold on to something that keeps you going. It must have been really painful and hard for you. It must have been so heartbreaking to see yourself losing hope but still forcing yourself not to give up.

I know you're tired. Sometimes, you just want to turn your back on everything. But there you are, still trying to survive every day, no matter how miserable it is to live.

No matter where this life takes you, I hope you will still live as if it's worthy to live your life. I hope that you'll see your worth soon. I want to remind you that you should always try to keep going, even on the days that you feel like you're trapped in the darkness.

Even if you are not okay right now, I hope that soon enough, the world will be more gentle with you. I hope that life will be more bearable for you. And I sincerely hope that soon enough, you'll be able to be okay again because your chest will no longer feel so heavy.

We are here to listen. We believe in creating a safe space for students to share without judgment or unsolicited advice. You are not alone. ❤️

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is speak. 💬

We often hear that we need to “be strong,” but true strength is acknowledging when the weight gets too heavy to carry alone. At YACAP I Listen, we believe that being heard is the first step toward healing.

You don’t need to have the "right" words or a polished story. All you need is a safe space where you can be yourself, without judgment.
• Your feelings are valid.
• You are not a burden.
• We are here to listen.
