“Kumakain na ang anak ko! Mini-mix ko ung powder sa formula milk nya. Sa sarap ng Reliv, ang tawag nya sa dede nya Ice Cream Milk. We went to his pedia para lang i-check timbang nya. My child diagnosed with bacterial infection when he was 6 months old. He was admitted in ICU at Davao Doctors. We stayed there for half a month. Then after 6months, his Pedia Neuro told us that our child will be having some developmental delay due to bacterial infection. He wasn't able to sit alone unassisted nor can stand alone. What makes lunasin a potent anti-inflammatory agent.

1) Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) are bacterial endotoxins that elicit a strong immune and inflammatory response in our body. Studies at the University of Illinois have shown that lunasin, through its RGD (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid) cell adhesion motif, binds to the specific membrane receptor of the LPS molecule. The competitive binding of lunasin to the LPS-specific integrin receptor prevents the activation of NFkappaB which is the master regulator of inflammation response.

2) In addition, lunasin, through its chromo-binding motif, binds to histones H3 and H4 and inhibit their acetylation. H3 and H4 acetylation by histone acetylases (p300, CBP and PCAF) are required epigenetic modifications for activating expression of NFkappaB-regulated genes. The inhibition of histone acetylation by lunasin results in the reduced expression of genes involved in the inflammation response such as the pro-inflammatory agents TNFa (tumor necrosis factor a) and IL-1 (interleukin-1).

Survivor si baby Jacob ng isang bacterial infection na naging dahilan ng pagkaka-confine nya ng 2 buwan nung infant pa lang sya.

Two months si baby ng finally makauwi na kami. Nung time na yun, kitang-kita ang naging effects sa kanya ng pagkakasakit nya. Yung eyes nya hindi makapag-focus . Hindi sya tumitingin sa tao pag kinakausap sya. Yung left hand nya lagi nakalagay sa dibdib nya na parang na-stroke. Meron syang muscle spasms. And hindi masyado nagagalaw ang mga paa nya. Bukod sa kanila, meron ding side effects ang anti-seizure maintenance medication na binigay sa kanya – katulad ng pagiging irritable.
Para sa isang mother na katulad ko, sobrang hirap na makita ang nangyayari sa baby ko. Pero hindi ako sumuko, naghanap talaga ako ng pwedeng makatulong sa kanya. June 3 noon nang makita ko ang post sa Facebook. Naginquire ako tungkol sa health benefits ng Reliv para sa anak ko. Nag-decide din akong omorder nung day na yun. Alam nya na din ang name nya. Pag tinawag namin sya, lumilingon agad sya. Nakikinig din pag sinabihan ng Nooo! Pag dumidila kami sa kanya, ilalabas nya din tongue nya at gaganti din ng dila.

May kamahalan ang Reliv pero sulit naman. Kaya nag-desisyon kami ng Papa nya na gawin na syang maintenance ni baby. Naniniwala kami na with Reliv and syempre with prayers, magiging maayos lahat kay baby.
