22 July 2025 β Delegates from the Climate Change Commission (CCC), representing various countries, visited the expanding malunggay plantation and newly constructed processing facility of BauerTek Farmaceutical Technologies, located within the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) campus in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija.
The visit is part of the ongoing collaboration between BauerTek and the CCC under the project titled βBuhay at Biyaya sa Malunggayβ. This initiative aims to address malnutrition in the Philippines while also supporting local farmers through livelihood opportunities, in partnership with the Department of Agriculture.
During the tour, CCC delegates commended BauerTekβs well-organized and efficiently managed processing facility established close to the plantation. They were particularly impressed by the facilityβs modern technologies, operational efficiency, and high standards of cleanliness.
BauerTekβs mission to promote food security as a sustainable response to hunger and climate challenges is making significant progress.
