✨ A Meaningful Milestone in Regional Collaboration and Innovation ✨
The Medical City Department of Surgery Section of Head and Neck Surgery was privileged to take part in the 6th Congress of the Asia-Pacific Society of Thyroid Surgery held in Academia from April 9–11, 2026. Centered on the theme *“Strengthening Global Collaborations for Equitable Care,”* the congress gathered leading experts and institutions across the region dedicated to advancing thyroid and head & neck care.
We are especially proud to celebrate the participation of Dr. Anna Torio-Rivera and Dr. Khrissa Lea Elisa Violago, whose research works were chosen for poster presentation:

Beyond the scientific exchange, the congress served as an invaluable opportunity to connect with colleagues throughout Asia, share experiences, and strengthen professional collaborations that ultimately benefit the patients we serve.
