SIGNS LABOUR IS COMING - YOUR BODY IS SENDING YOU MESSAGES, ARE YOU READING THEM? 🤰👀

Dear pregnant mama,
Your baby has been cooking for 9 months… and soon, they'll be ready to come out 😂
But your body will WARN you first - learn the signs! 👇

🔔 1️⃣ Lightening (Baby Drops Low)
Suddenly you can breathe better but you're rushing to toilet every 5 minutes 😭
Baby has moved down. Labour is loading… ⏳

💧 2️⃣ Mucus Plug / Bloody Show
You see thick discharge, maybe pinkish or blõõdy.
Don't panic - your cervix is preparing. Things are about to happen 👀

🌊 3️⃣ Water Breaking
Could be a big gush OR just a slow trickle you keep mistaking for urine 😅
Smell it - amniotic fluid is odourless. Urine is not 😂
