Therefore, we teach Yoga based on modern scientific knowledge embedded in a classical but belief-free system to uncover the potential of Practical Science. Our vision is to offer an educational program to understand awareness itself, empowering students with the right tools for transformation in an oppressive environment with ubiquitous influences. Located in Tabinay Malaki, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro, our school offers a quiet atmosphere surrounded by beaches and the sea and a beautiful garden, where you can slow down, learn, and explore yourself in a supportive environment. whether you are beginning your journey or deepening your knowledge. If you wish to stay longer, our comfortable rooms with beautiful views provide the ideal setting for a retreat, a short break, or simply some peaceful days while exploring the area. Our Services are built around our Center Piece – the 200h YTT. We built our program based on an awareness approach and teach in modules, which opens the opportunity to split the full duration of the YTT into smaller blocks. Thus, it is possible to accumulate the 200h experience over a longer period, attending the following services:
