Before and after picture of a middle aged male patient and seek treatment and complained that his upper right central incisor is in 3rd degree mobility due to periodontal problem.He narrated that the neighboring missing tooth had already exfoliated iin the bone socket a couple of months ago.
The treatment offered to him was 2 unit immediate denture fabrication since he doesn't want to wait for a month to have his teeth fixed for the reason that he cannot give his smile to his client.
First visit to the clinic was to take the upper impression to fabricate his denture. 2nd visit is to remove or extraction of the mobile tooth then installed the fabricated stayplate denture ASAP.

This female patient underwent multiple procedures.It took her 5 months to finished her dental treatment.Why is this so.....????
First visit was extraction of her root fragment upper lateral incisor tooth which was malposed (position lingually or palatally).While waiting for the extraction site to heal, the central incisor which was badly carious lingualy and restoration was not possible, since that particular tooth got inflammed and produced fiistula before underwent RCT that tooks for 4 months.After those procedure was achieved , it's time to fabricate fixed Maryland bridge crowns.

A male patient wearing removable denture for his missing left lateral tooth since highschool days.But now that he is already working and have the means to fix his teeth, I present to him the best possible treatment plan instore for him.Combination orthodontic treatment and placing temporary fixed bridge while working on his normal bite position since he has a spacing due to removal of teeth on the upper & lower arches.

A 16 y/o male patient exhibiting narrow arches, thus the orientation of the occlusion of upper teeth are protruding while the lower teeth are retruding due to crowding of upper & lower premolars on the left side respectively.It creates bilateral posterior crossbite on the right side of the arch off midline profile.
