Diet for stunted children by stage
For stunted children, mothers should apply the following principles when feeding children:
● Give your child several meals a day.
● For children to eat thin and then solid, gradually increase the amount of food in stages.

● Zinc: Zinc-rich foods such as shrimp, eel, oysters, oysters, pig liver, milk, beef, fish, cashews, almonds, peanuts, etc. Zinc requirement in men is 9-10mg/ day, and in women it is 7-8mg/day.
