"It's okay to feel sad, anxious, overwhelmed, or even confused at times; every emotion has a purpose, and acknowledging them is the first step toward healing. You don't have to justify your emotions to anyone, and you don't have to hide them. Remember, it's perfectly human to feel, and those feelings are part of your journey toward growth and self-understanding. Take your time, breathe, and let yourself process everything." .

What is the definition of journaling? It's as easy as putting down your ideas and feelings in order to better comprehend and process them. It can assist you in gaining emotional control and improving your mental health.

Journaling can assist you in coping with worry, stress, and sadness. By helping you prioritize problems, fears, and concerns, tracking any symptoms day-to-day so you can recognize triggers and learn how to better control them, and providing an opportunity for positive self-talk and identifying negative thoughts and behaviors, journaling can help you control your symptoms and improve your mood.

So write it down until the pain subsideπŸ’š

"It's okay if you're sad right now. It's okay if you're angry. It's okay if you're overwhelmed by all the bad news. It's okay if you feel guilty for not being able to do more. It's okay if you want to change the world but your own world is collapsing around you at the same time. It's okay if your mental health is at an all-time low.

It is okay...

You're only human, and all of those feelings are a totally acceptable reaction to the horrible actions taking place right now. It's perfectly fine. I want you to know that you have the power to use your voice to change the world, but in order to do so, you must first take care of yourself and handle the internal crises.

My love, you're doing a wonderful job. Continue to educate yourself, monitor the news, protest, and fight, but also recognize when it's time to fight for yourself.πŸ˜˜πŸ’•
