7 DOCTORS OF NATURE!
1️⃣ Dr. Sunshine - At least 10 am 3x a week and between 10 am and 2 pm. This time of day has better production of Vitamin D.
2️⃣ Dr. Water - 1/2 glass of water every hour.
3️⃣ Dr. Air - Deep breathing. Inhale and your stomach get bigger, exhale, and your stomach gets smaller. Do this 10x after waking up, 10x before going to sleep.
4️⃣ Dr. Sleep - At least 7-8 hours for adults. The room should be dark and have no gadgets before going to sleep. Sleeping between 10pm to 4am is helping your organs regenerate.
5️⃣ Dr. Exercise - At least 15-30 minutes daily. Keep your lymphatic system moving.
6️⃣ Dr. Diet - Avoid foods rich in saturated fats and trans fats and hydrogenated oils. Go Vegan, go Organic. Know your source. No GMOs.
7️⃣ Dr. Energy - Stabilizing, grounding rebalance. Everything around us is energy. Think positive!
