But what's really going on behind that cloud? Get the unfiltered truth about smoking and va**ng that goes beyond scare tactics. This is the stuff you wish someone told you before you lit up.

Meet the experts in a hybrid session "Double Jeopardy: Unfiltered Facts of Va**ng/ Smoking on your Skin and Body" with dermatologist Hildegarde Cabrera MD, FPDS, Chairman, Department of Dermatology, Quirino Memorial Medical Center and internal medicine/pulmonologist Mithi Kalayaan S. Zamora MD, FPCP, DPCCP.

Dengue Awareness: What You Need to Know

Dengue (break-bone fever) spreads through mosquitoes and is common in tropical areas. Many people don’t show symptoms, but if you do, watch for high fever, headache, body aches, nausea, and rash. Most recover in 1–2 weeks.

If you get dengue:
✔️ Rest up
✔️ Drink plenty of fluids
✔️ Use acetaminophen for pain relief
❌ Avoid ibuprofen & aspirin
⚠️ Monitor for severe symptoms and seek medical care if needed
