Today is Aria's dental appointment post-op! 🦷

She developed cavities in her upper teeth due to tension on the muscles around her upper lip -- the food keeps getting stuck. You will notice that she doesn't show her upper teeth when smiling. We were given an exercise so she can relax her upper lip muscles. We were also given tooth mousse to prevent her teeth from further damage. Her previous enlarged tongue also caused her underbite but so far we have to wait until she can tolerate ways of correcting it.

Also, today is Aria's birthdate. Thus, the 17 on her background! ✨

Naka private ward si Aria sa isang public hospital pero dahil sa dami ng admissions niya, kinailangan na rin namin lumapit sa Malasakit pero dahil may trabaho kami ng asawa ko, rejected kami lagi sa interview pa lang. Okay na sa amin yun. Pero nakikita namin yung mga pasyente sa service ward. Hirap na pumila sa check up at admission, hirap pa sila pumila sa social service, bitbit ang mga pasyente nila.

Panalangin ko ay dumating ang araw na di na kailangan mamalimos ng mga tao sa mga pasilidad na dapat nagbibigay sa kanila ng ginhawa. Hindi yung gagawin silang kawawa.

We enrolled Aria in Playschool to help develop her speech and social skills. She had a great time! ✨

Nag-iba na talaga ang panahon. Dati diretso Kinder lang, ngayon may Playschool na. 😅
