Dati ka din bang takot o ayaw magpa-picture ng whole body⁉️😂

Yes, dati akong ganyan! Hahaha. Pang-selfie selfie lang ako dati kasi nga ang laki ko lalo sa mga whole body pictures 😭 malas malas mo pa kapag na-stolen shot ka ng mga anak mooo‼️😤

Pero ngayon, HINDI NA‼️💪🏻 mas confident na akong magpa-picture lalo na kapag whole body. Grabe din talaga yung nabo-boost na confidence ng FGS dahil nga mas flattering na yung mga damit na suot mo sa katawan mo. Less na yung bulk and bulging fats umuumbok sa damit.

Ever since active ako sa gym at akala ko payat na ako nun haha.
Ganda ng skin at katawan ko ngayon sa FGS.
Workout twice a week, fasting tapos feasting after as in Lamon 3x ang rice. No strict diet at I love food lalo na mga pastries 😋
Tiwala lang sa product and syempre follow ang protocol. 💪

The journey wasn’t easy and it still feels surreal to say but I’m endlessly grateful for every step. The Feel Great System may not be the sole cure, but it supported me physically, mentally, and emotionally - watering my roots when I was withering.

Buti na lang I chose to Love Myself❤️❤️❤️

In my 40’s Era I’m Being cautious to what I eat.
Honestly even I’m chubby or overweight I’m not candidate for Hypertension or Diabetes but I won’t wait for that to have. I need to be Healthy inorder to function properly and take care of my Family.

Kung ganito lang pala kadali pumayat at maging healthy sana hindi ko na pinatambay mga fats sa katawan ko 😉🤣 I’m glad to have found a perfect system to be Healthy and Sexy that help me back my confidence.

ngayon, halos wala na kong masuot kasi lahat maluwag na!

Walang workout. Walang strict diet. Umiinom lang ako everyday ng Tea & Fiber—at sobrang effective talaga‼️

Hindi lang basta pampapayat, nakakatulong din sa overall health. Ang daming natulungan, and ang saya lang na ako mismo, isa sa mga living proof.
