Nanawagan ang National Council on Disability Affairs sa awtoridad na palakasin pa ang paghuli sa mga sangkot sa paglipana ng mga pekeng persons with disability o PWD ID.

"The use of fraudulent PWD IDs is a blatant act of dishonesty that not only undermines the integrity of the system but also deprives legitimate persons with disabilities of their rightful benefits. This abuse directly impacts those who genuinely need support," ayon sa ahensya.
