To facilitate the pole upgrading (backbone line) along Brgy. Carmen West, Rosales

AFFECTED AREAS:
ROSALES - Brgys. Carmen East and Carmen West (along National Highway)

All works may be finished ahead of time and power may be restored earlier than or as scheduled, so please consider all lines and equipment energized at all times.
