I am hoping it’ll be banned in the Philippines, too!

Malaysia plans to ban social media for users under the age of 16 starting from next year, joining a growing list of countries choosing to limit access to digital platforms due to concerns about child safety.

The effects of social media on children's health and safety have become a growing global concern, with companies including TikTok, Snapchat, Google and Meta Platforms - the operator of Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp - facing lawsuitsin the United States for their role in fueling a mental health crisis.

How Not to Talk to Your Doctor (And What to Say Instead)
(a friendly guide for better healthcare conversations)

- Diagnosis
- Management / Advice / Recommendation
- Days of rest

Respectful messages go a long way.

❌ "Doc.."..
"Pwede magtanong?" ..
✅ "Good morning doc, tanong ko lang po (insert concern here). Thank you doc."
💡Kapag may context ang message (Anong tanong? Tungkol saan?) mas mabilis at maayos kaming makakasagot.
Hindi din lahat ng doctor ay open for online consultation so check your doctor's consultation availability first.

In light of recent events that have deeply affected our community, we are reminded of how fragile and valuable life truly is. Many people silently carry heavy burdens — fears, sadness, and pain that may be unseen by others.

To anyone struggling right now: your feelings are valid, and your life matters. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness — it’s a step toward healing.

Let us also remember to choose our words with kindness. We may never truly know what someone is going through, and even small acts of empathy or gentleness can make a world of difference.

If you or someone you know is in distress or having thoughts of self-harm, please don’t hesitate to seek support:
