Springwater Health and Wellness Consultancy Services, with support of Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, officially concluded the “𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽” December 10, 2024.

This transformative initiative, part of Springwater’s Workforce Development (WFD) program, aimed to empower the community with essential job-hunting skills and enhance their resume-writing abilities. By providing practical tips and strategies, we helped participants create compelling resumes that showcase their qualifications and experiences tailored to stand out in today’s competitive job market.

By boosting participant’s confidence and preparedness, this workshop will hopefully open pathways to local employment opportunities, aligning with our shared goal of fostering economic growth, self-sufficiency, and mental health support within the community.

We have more in our arsenal to contribute to the ongoing efforts of strengthening the public workforce system and improving the overall well-being of our community. We’re building a brighter future, one opportunity at a time.

Springwater Health and Wellness Consultancy Services, led by Executive Director Rev. Marjorie Guese and Director of Finance Ferdinand Guese, partnered with the barangay officials of Maimpis, City of San Fernando, headed by Honorable Susan Serrano for an insightful meeting on mental health on December 4.

The discussion focused on raising awareness about mental health and strengthening community support systems through collaborative programs to enhance the responsiveness of the barangay in local and national mental health concerns. Among the proposed preventive solutions were conducting symposiums in schools and training the barangay officials’ interview and listening skills through the Paraprofessional Counselors’ Training Workshop. Additionally, 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲-𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆, aligning with the workforce development plan of National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and supporting local employment opportunities.
