-Check what you eat (ngayon ko naappreciate ung mga masustansyang pagkain)
-Magvitamins (invest ka sa health)
-Exercise (papawis kahit onti)
-Stay with positive people (attitude is everything)
-Magpa-Annual Physical Exam
3. Have an Emergency Fund
-Check if may HMO, Philhealth
-Revisit your Illness Coverage
(at least 2M-5M) para may income replacement fund on top of treatment and medication.
Mas maiige na ung focus ka na lang sa pagpapagaling, at hindi ka na magworry sa paghanap ng funds.
