Nasa kamay mo ang tamang dami ng pagkain!

Hindi mo kailangan ng timbangan o measuring cup para masukat ang wastong dami ng pagkain—gamitin lang ang iyong sariling kamay!

Palad– Katumbas ng tamang laki ng karne (3 oz)
Hinlalaki – Sukat ng mantikilya o peanut butter (1 kutsara)
Dulo ng daliri – Sukat ng mantikilya na ipapahid sa tinapay (1 kutsarita)
Kamao (harap) – Sukat ng pasta o kanin (½ tasa)

🚨 MAG-INGAT SA PAGLILINIS PARA MAIWASAN ANG AKSIDENTE 🚨

Dahil meron pa ring dalang pag-ulan ang habagat, hintayin muna hanggang tuluyang humupa ang baha at siguruhing ligtas na ang paligid bago simulan ang paglilinis.

Para makaiwas sa aksidente, narito ang ilang paalala ng DOH:

✔️ Humingi ng tulong sa pagbubuhat ng mabibigat

🚨 DOH: ‘WAG GUMAMIT NG DOXYCYCLINE NANG WALANG RESETA🚨

Ang doxycycline ay isang antibiotic na ginagamit laban sa Leptospirosis.

Kapag mali ang pag-inom, pwedeng mawalan ito ng bisa laban sa mga mikrobyo at maging mas mahirap gamutin ang simpleng impeksyon. Pwede itong humantong sa matagal o mas matinding pagkakasakit.

Nakadepende ang pag-inom ng doxycycline sa exposure o risk level ng taong nalubog sa baha.

Payo ng DOH, magpatingin sa doktor para sa tamang reseta sa paggamit ng antibiotic na ito.
