TINGNAN: Nakatanggap ngayong araw ang Pilipinas ng limampung tonelada ng relief goods galing sa State of Qatar para ipamahagi sa 2,500 pamilya sa lalawigan ng Cagayan at Rizal na lubhang naapektuhan ng Bagyong Ulysses (Vamco).

Opisyal na na-turn over ni Ambassador Ali Ibrahim A. I. Al-Malki ng Embassy of the State of Qatar sa Philippine Red Cross ang nasabing mga relief goods.

Ang Philippine Red Cross ang naatasang organisasyon na mangasiwa sa agarang pamamahagi ng relief goods upang masuportahan ang mga pamilyang naapektuhan ng bagyo.

Ang mga personahe sa WCPD maoy nangadto sa DOP Memorial Hospital aron imbestigahan ang nahitabo sa bata.. sa imbestigasyon sumala sa attending Physician pinaagi ni Dra. Shiene Mae M. Falcon usa kini ka batang lalaki nga pipila palang ka oras gipanganak nga dunay good physical condition.

SABAS PATAY HUMAN GIPUSIL SA BYUDO

Patay Ang biktimang si Giovannie Sabas Mengiego, 45-anyos, minyo (dunay warrant of arrest sa kasong murder) human matud pa gipusil sa suspek nga si Roldan Hambala Benegas, 47-anyos, byudo usa ka drayber nga parihong residente sa Purok 2, Barangay Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur alas 11:00 sa gabii April 24, 2020.

Subay sa inisyal nga imbestigasyon sa Rosario PNP, ang biktima ug suspek nagka lalis kini samtang mitambong silag lamay, (funeral vigil). Human niadto wala madugay ang biktima miadto sa balay sa suspek bitbit na ang unknown caliber of firearm apan adeser siya misulod matud pa sa balay sa suspek, ang suspek naka matikud ug naka bantay dayon busa dali niining giilog ang pusil ug dihang iyang nailog na ang maong armas gipabuthan dayon ang biktima katulo ka higayon tumong sa managlahing parti sa lawas nga merisulta sa kamatayon niini.

Subject: PNP Caraga donates Php6.7million for COVID-19 fight

Date: April 24, 2020

Camp Col Rafael C Rodriguez, Butuan City--------- In consonance with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Bayanihan Challenge, Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 have donated Php6,741,000 to help the government’s efforts against coronavirus disease 2019.

From its target collection of Php6,386,000, PRO13 raised Php 6,741,000.The total amount was raised from 6,386 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel assigned to the headquarters of PRO13, provincial/city police offices, police stations and mobile forces in Caraga region.

PRO13 top cop Brigadier General Joselito T. Esquivel, Jr and the Deputy Regional Director for Administration Police Colonel Jimili L. Macaraeg led the challenge who contributed half of their base bay.

No specific amount of how much should be contributed by the PNP personnel and NUP's. It is purely voluntary for we know that each has their family to feed and to provide essentials especially now that we are facing this pandemic, RD Esquivel said.

The donations for the Team PNP Bayanihan Fund Challenge will be turned-over to the Finance Service which in turn will deposit it to the PNP SUPPORT FUNDS at the Land bank of the Philippines.
