Kaya Simula ngayong Oktubre 20, 2022. Araw-araw na tayong magkakaroon ng mga Hamon para sa Physical conditioning at pagpapalakas ng katawan. Ngayon ang aking mga Kaibigan sa Facebook ay nagmamarka ng "DAY 1 Challenge" ..
Kasama sa Day 1 challenge ang 50 PUSH UPS at 20 SIT UPS.. Kinakailangan mong mag-post ng video dito sa paggawa ng challenge at mag-TAG at mag-SHARE sa sarili mong grupo ng mga Kaibigan na sa tingin mo ay nangangailangan ng Boost in terms of Health.. Ang hamon ngayon ay magiging added for tomorrows challenge then so on and so forth.. Ako ang mauuna to Jumpstart the Challenge...see the video for you to start your challenge...Sali na mga friends baka eto na ang hinihintay mong Motivation para pumayat...

So Starting today October 20, 2022. We will be having daily Challenges for Physical conditioning and strengthening of the body. Today my Facebook Friends marks " DAY 1 Challenge" ..
Day 1 challenge includes 50 PUSH UPS and 20 SIT UPS.. You are required to post a video here doing the challenge and TAG and SHARE to your own group of Friends whom you think needs a Boost in terms of Health.. Today's challenge will be added for tomorrows challenge then so on and so forth.. I will be the first to Jumpstart the Challenge...see video for you to start your challenge.

Jayson Barns Daily Challenge to Fitness advocates holistic fitness. A breed of training which addresses the whole person, not just their physical training. The aim is to work towards wellness, achieving physical fitness through a combination of mental and physical avenues. Holistic fitness trainers incorporate physical fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, and mindfulness into their programs.
These includes Physical Fitness, Intellectual Fitness, Emotional Fitness,Social Fitness,Spiritual Fitness, and Environmental Fitness.
Moving towards balance among the aforementioned components needs to be done with gentleness, realizing that while you are exploring and improving in one area, another one may be temporarily neglected. This is a natural part of change. It will take time to integrate what you are learning and for your skillfulness to become your Way. Be patient, celebrate your intention, and appreciate what you have accomplished as you are moving along your path to health and well-being.
