🧴 Magpa-indoor residual spraying kung meron sa inyong lugar para patayin ang mga lamok

🌙 Iwasan ang paglabas sa gabi sa mga lugar na may kaso ng malaria

🤒 Magpatingin agad kung makaranas ng lagnat, panginginig, o pananakit ng katawan sa loob ng 2 linggo

Kung nakararanas ng sintomas ng hemophilia:

✅ Pumili ng light exercises

✅ Iwasan ang contact sports na maaaring masagi ang katawan

✅Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain at huwag ang manigarilyo o uminom ng alak

✅ Laging dalhin ang medical ID na may impormasyon tungkol sa iyong kondisyon

✅ Gawing regular ang pagkonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health center

The Philippines has detected its first case of mpox in 2024, according to the Department of Health.

In its press release dated August 19, 2024, the DOH said it had detected one new case of mpox on August 18, 2024. Prior to this, the last case was found in December 2023 and all previous cases were isolated and have recovered.

The August 18 case involves a 33-year-old male Filipino with no travel history outside the country, “but with close, intimate contact three weeks before symptom onset.”
