👉 Irregular Me**es – may be linked to hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorders, or polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS).
👉 Painful Menstruation (Dysmenorrhea) – could be caused by endometriosis, adenomyosis, or pelvic infections.
👉 Heavy Me**es (Menorrhagia) – may signal uterine fibroids (myoma), bleeding disorders, or other gynecologic conditions.

⚠️ Ignoring these symptoms can lead to anemia, infertility, or worsening of underlying disease.

Many women think “normal lang siguro” when it comes to irregular or heavy menstruation. Pero tandaan, your period is your body’s health signal.

When to consult your doctor:
• Periods that last more than 8 days
• Very heavy flow (changing pads every 1–2 hours)
