French fries are one of the WORST foods you can put in your body 🍟
But it isn’t because of the potatoes, it’s because of what they are cooked in.
You see, 99.99% of restaurants today fry their french fries in seed oils 🙅
The french fries soak up the seed oils, producing a highly toxic byproduct called HNE.
Once the seed oils get into your body, there is very strong evidence they get stored in your fat cells, leading to metabolic dysfunction.
They are also shown to mess with your natural satiety signals, making you want to eat even more!
Look, we’re also not huge fans of potatoes - we believe fruit and honey are better sources of carbohydrates…🫐🍯
But if you are going to eat french fries, do yourself a favor and make them yourself at home.
We suggest sweet potatoes over white potatoes, as most people tolerate them better.
But whichever potato you choose, be sure to fry them in animal fats like beef tallow, NOT seed oils!!!
