September 4, 2024 we had a courtesy call to the Office of The
City Mayor Honorable Atty Sheena P. Tan. We presented to her the Summary of Optometry Practice and Medical Device Regulations : A Guide for Practitioners and Public Officers pursuant to RA 8050 about Optometry Law. We solicited her support in the implementation of the Optometry Law in a nutshell the law dictates that the practice of Optometry regarding Optical missions may only be conducted by an organic unit of the Integrated Philippine Association of Optometrists (IPAO); or the LGUs in partnership with the IPAO chapters; charity organizations after securing a permit from the IPAO thirty (30) days prior to the target mission date. And to stop illegal practice here in the City of Santiago and possibly in the entire Province of Isabela. To go after the quack Optometrist.

Please call, text, DM or PM me kung may pumupunta sa mga barangay o house to house mobile check up para mapahuli natin mga illegal Optometrist...tulungan nyo po kami mahuli at mapanagot sa batas mga pekeng doctor sa mata...salamat po...wag po tayo magpalinlang sa mga pekeng doctor na nagbabarangay at nagbabahay bahay...kailangan po sa Optical clinic po kayo pumunta para sigurado kayo na mga lisensyadong Optometrist susuri sa inyong mata...

Please help us Stop quack doctors and illegal practice...lalo na malapit na anihan na naman marami pupunta sa mga remote barrios, barangays and different municipalities para magcheck...say NO to them....we ask help to all Mayors, Barangay Officials and police to stop this prohibited acts... thank You!!!

Please Read...help us STOP illegal practice quack doctors here in Isabela...sa mga pasyente karapatan nyo po hanapan ng lisensya ang nag checheck up ng inyong mata para matigil na ang mga hindi lisensyadong Optometrist...napag alaman ko na sa mga ibang Optical Clinic dito sa Isabela mga receptionist, secretary o technician ang nag checheck up ng mga mata ng pasyente...kaya tulungan nyo po kami na matigil ito...ako bilang Presidente ng IPAO Isabela Chapter humihingi po kami ng tulong sa inyo na ipagbigay alam sa mga pulis ang mga nalalaman na illegal na gawain sa inyong bayan or imessage nyo lang po ako.
