🕒 May exposure sa taong confirmed o suspect na kaso ng COVID-19 sa nakaraang 14 na araw
🕒 Dating ginamot para sa COVID-19 sa nakaraang 90 na araw
🕒 Ginamot o nakakuha ng convalescent plasma o monoclonal antibodies para sa COVID-19 nitong nakaraang 90 na araw
🕒 Mga buntis na nasa unang 3 buwan ng pagbubuntis
🕒 Nakakuha ng kahit na anong klaseng bakuna sa nakaraang 14 na araw

KAILANGAN NG MEDICAL CLEARANCE MULA SA DOKTOR
📄 May autoimmune disease
📄 Na-diagnose na may Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)
📄 Na-diagnose na may kanser
📄 Sumailalim sa organ transplant
📄 Kasalukuyang umiinom ng steroids2
📄 Nakaratay na lang sa k**a o may sakit na hindi tataas sa anim (6) na buwan ang taning

Mga minamahal kong mga taga-ETIVAC ... Tama na muna ang mga heavy vibes!

The last week has been very stressful from “Zoom” to “Sangley”.

Kaya’t for this episode, dito naman tayo sa medyo GOOD NEWS 🥳

Here are the MGCQ Guidelines.

1. Unahin natin ang pinaka-importanteng paalala:

a. Ang ibig sabihin ng “Q” ay ang ongoing QUARANTINE status. Ito’y hindi lang sa Cavite, kundi pati na rin sa buong Pilipinas.

b. Seniors 60 and above as well as the young, ages 21 and below are still required to STAY HOME.

c. Facemask and faceshield are required in public transportation as well as public or commercial areas like malls and markets.

d. Q-PASS is still required but are transferable to within the members of the same household.

e. Liquor policy is still in effect. Bawal pa rin ang inuman ng grupo o barkada.

2. Curfew is now adjusted 9PM to 4AM.

3. Puede na po mag-operate ang mga establisyemento na ito at 50% capacity:

a. Spa or Massage Parlors (pero kalahati lang daw ng katawan o 50% ang puedeng masahihin) 😆

b. Computer shops and internet cafes.

c. Gyms and Fitness Studios (upper body workout lang daw ang puede o 50%) 😅

d. Churches and places of worship.

e. Cinemas pero bawal po kumain at magdala ng inumin sa loob ng sinehan (seryoso eto).

4. Mall hours are adjusted to:

a. Essentials like pharmacies, groceries and banks are allowed to open at 8AM.

b. Mall hours are allowed from 9AM to 6PM only. They must ensure that no patron is inside the mall premises by 7PM.

c. Q-Passes are required for entry regardless of your occupation or status (IATF IDs or even media passes cannot be substituted in place of the Q-Pass).

d. Inter-LGU patronage is allowed (Mayors may take exception to this policy if they see that the COVID numbers continue to rise).

5. Our favorite topic: The UNLI-JOWA Pass.

a. Inter-LGU travel restrictions are lifted. Puede na po kayo bumisita kung saan man at kung sino man ang jowa ninyo (o gusto jowain) basta within curfew hours.

b. Hotels and similar establishments (alam na ninyo kung ano), are allowed to operate at 50% capacity but only those establishments ACCREDITED BY THE Department of Tourism - Philippines.

c. Ang mga restaurant at bar sa mga ACCREDITED DOT establishments ay puede na rin mag-operate at 50% capacity ngunit ang mga non-accredited o independent bars ay hindi pa rin maaring mag-bukas.

PAKIUSAP: Sa mga restaurant na allowed to operate, huwag ninyong subukan palusutin na kayo ay magbenta pa ng alcohol o liquor para makadagdag sa kita. Siguradong ipapasara ko kayo kapag nahuli ng mga undercover agents ng PNP na nagro-ronda sa buong lalawigan.

6. Puede na po mag-ehersisyo sa labas. Puede na din ang kabayuhan (sa mga hindi pinanganak na ALTA, "equestrian" po ang tawag sa preferred sports ng mga soshal), tennis, jogging or walking, golf at biking. Bawal pa rin ang basketball.

7. Bawal magtanong ang makukulit sa comments section at hindi marunong umintindi sa guidelines pero react agad.

When in doubt, READ AGAIN.

I am asking everyone to PLEASE continue to exercise great caution. Always wear a facemask. Wash your hands properly and as often as possible. It is best to assume that everyone you encounter is COVID positive. Tama lang na dapat maging praning ang lahat. Ang COVID ay matagal-tagal pa bago mawala.

Please take responsibility for yourselves and the ones you love.
