💪 Even PTs Need a PT!
Just like you, your physical therapist’s muscles get sore too. After a long run, my quads were tight, so I had dry needling done—and yes… they twitched! 😅

Remember: recovery is just as important as training. Stretch, foam roll, or get some professional help to keep your legs happy and injury-free.

Your muscles work hard—treat them right!

Eto ‘yung OG clip na nagpapaalala sa’kin na minsan, kailangan mo lang talaga simulan para gumalaw 😭😂
At syempre… LEG DAY pa talaga 🫡

Kung hinihintay mo pa ‘yung sign para mag-exercise, eto na ‘yon:
TARA NA, MOVE NA.
Kahit 10 minutes lang — squats, lunges, or lakad sa kanto.
Basta wag hayaan stagnant ang katawan bes. Igalaw galaw mo yan!

Progress > excuses.
Sabay-sabay tayong mag-level up. 🚀
