Sorsogon State University joins the nation in celebrating the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary on December 8, 2025.

In accordance with Republic Act 10966 and Proclamation No. 727 (s. 2024), December 8 is declared a special non-working holiday nationwide to commemorate this significant religious observance.
