Lubos po kaming nagpapasalamat kay Dr. Ana Marie Tuburan ng South Cotabato Provincial Hospital Out-Patient Department at sa SCPH Pharmacy sa kanilang mahalagang suporta at pagbibigay ng mga kinakailangang gamot para sa Project MAPALAD. Malaki po ang naitulong nito sa aming mga pasyente sa Brgy. Dumadalig, Tantangan, South Cotabato, at sa patuloy na pagsisikap na mapabuti ang pangangalaga sa mga may hypertension. Maraming salamat po sa malasakit at pakikiisa para sa kalusugan ng komunidad.

Ang Project Mapalad (Maiging Pagbantay Laban sa Altapresyon sa Dumadalig) ay isang Community-Oriented Primary Care (COPC) project na nakatuon sa pagkilala sa mga pasyenteng may hypertension, regular na monitoring, edukasyon sa tamang pamumuhay, at pagbibigay tamang gamutan. Layunin nitong pagsamahin ang serbisyong medikal at pangangailangan ng komunidad upang maiwasan ang komplikasyon at mapabuti ang pangmatagalang kalusugan ng mga pasyente.

Alam mo ba? Madalas walang sintomas ang Chronic Kidney Disease hanggang malala na.

Kaya ngayon pa lang, alagaan na natin ang ating mga bato. Kumain nang tama, bawasan ang alat at asukal, at magpa-check up. Simpleng hakbang, malaking laban kontra CKD.

The 2025 Family and Community Medicine Residents came together for Strategic Planning (December 9–10, 2025) and Team Building (December 12–13, 2025) at Matutum Domesville, Tupi, South Cotabato, building stronger bonds, renewed commitment, and a shared vision as we move together toward 2026.
