As a doctor, I see a lot of patient gasping for air, mag lisod ginhawa. They are intubated and subsequently hooked to a machine that helps them breath and at least give them a chance to survive.
Chest xrays like this below are common, be it from TB, pneumonia, cancer, smoking or what ever the cause may be, the manifestations are all the same, patients gasping for air. A commodity that is free and yet something they cannot entirely avail of.
Breathing fresh air is a fundamental right everybody has, but with lungs like this, breathing becomes a luxury no amount of money, riches or even power can buy!
Don't smoke, avoid people who smoke, don't use firewood to cook, avoid car congested road and heavily polluted areas, clean that aircon filter.
Just don't take breathing (fresh air) for granted.
