Excessive worry or fear
Restlessness or feeling on edge
Rapid heart rate or palpitations

Muscle tension or aches
Fatigue or irritability
Trouble sleeping
Avoidance of situations that trigger anxiety
Panic attacks (sudden intense fear, shortness of breath, chest pain)
