Kwento ko lang ang aking breastfeeding journey with vibrant.💕

Almost a year na akong Yeheyyy!!! Since dumating ang ito na ang partner ko to boost my milk supply, I am free from drinking any capsules na nakakasakit ng ulo para lang dumami ang milk supply. Then ang sumasagip saken sa matinding gutom. 😁😅 Alam nyo naman basta padedemom maya't maya ang chibog, maya't mayang kumukulo ang tiyan. Pag di ka kumain for sure migraine later.

Kaya naman, early in the morning a cup of vibrant coffee before breakfast. Kahit malate ako for lunch or merienda chibog keri lang no hilo and migraine attack, (at iwas paglobo na din ng katawan.
